Teacher Qualifications：

  1. The ideal candidate should be a native English speaker from a country and hold a teaching license.
  2. A bachelor's degree in English, literature, or a related field is required.
  3. Applicants will need to provide relevant certifications or licenses.
  4. Prior teaching experience is recommended.
  5. A strong passion for literature and language is highly desired.
  6. Applicants must have a clean criminal record.
  7. Compassion, understanding, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  8. The ability to handle multiple tasks in a high-stress environment is necessary.
  9. Candidates should be willing to work varying hours.
  10. Resilience and the ability to collaborate effectively with others are key qualities.
